onno is owned and managed by
Kellie Noon MA, BSc+MSc, FHEA, MITI
If there's one thing Kellie knows, it's how to navigate linguistic and cultural barriers.
She completed her undergraduate degree abroad in a second language, whilst studying a third,
and living in a foreign country and navigating life in a language that wasn't her own.
Her experience and academic qualifications have given her a privileged position and insight into working globally.
Her career started in Spain collaborating with high-profile clients across the peninsular, including the army and the bar association. She then established a language training centre in Manchester which led to work with a range of clients and organisations throughout the UK as well as international collaborations and projects.
Kellie’s experience encompasses
intercultural communications and language training as well as international business development,
including cross-cultural management.
Kellie also works as an assessor for the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and regularly collaborates with organisations including the charity RefuAid.
What do clients say about us?
Kellie takes the time to really understand your business and needs in order to personalise her approach to what will help you the most. Her knowledge of international business relations is unmatched and she really opened my eyes to how small changes in communication can make a real difference. We work with customers all over the world and it can be difficult to switch from one culture to another when writing emails and calling clients.
I truly believe the experience will help deepen relationships with companies we have struggled to relate to in the past providing us with more opportunities. Definitely recommend to any SME's looking to
widen their horizons!
Stedfast Inc., October 2020
We absolutely loved working with Kellie and Onno Training for our Managing Across Cultures Webinar event.
The event covered cross-cultural communications and management and allowed our participants to gain a true insight into cultural understanding and the importance of communication skills in employability thanks to Kellie's expert knowledge.
The event was extremely successful and we look forward to hosting more online sessions in the future.
Pagoda Projects, August 2020
LiNCHigher have worked with Kellie on some great projects, but mainly with supporting schools, and their teachers and staff, with how best to work with cultural minority students, particularly around raising their aspirations!
Kellie is engaging, informative, and a pleasure to work with, and here at LiNCHigher, we cannot wait to do more in the next academic year!
